Live in the present moment. Fix you.

When so much of life's chores are automated, it is real that at some point we will forget to live in the moment.  

Not all are aware of this condition. But it might be true that we will be starving from that one point we should have fixed a long time ago. May be its brushing teeth, or skipping morning coffee, but something like that present internally is going to affect our well-being until it is fixed. 

So, 

What is that point of fixation you need the most, internally screaming inside you, may be, for a long time???
