His songs.

This is the last time he came up here and asked for a favour. But he got nothing. We were super busy. He started singing songs for his own entertainment. In the mean time, they all worked and became our entertainment too. He was selfless.

Can I get what I want?

NO. It depends on where you stand in suffering. Are you suffering enough? Are you light in suffering right now? So, if you are not suffering enough, you don't get what you want?

In a matter of lifetime

In a matter of lifetime, where do you want to find yourself? Where do you live with your resilience?  This is some place where you find true connection. But that isn't the place, that is never supposed to be found, untill you die. Keep this with yourself, for every soul is sacred.  And everybody is closely knit beyond thinking.

The place where you rest

We are always in a hurry.    Consuming content is our main  activity   throughout  the day in the digital age.       Consuming food comes only next to it.   This is where we  suffer.         Our body suffers malnutrition.   and the brain, toxic.       but life is a journey and journey itself is home, where I rest.

Short term intensity

I have a new short term intensity. A work, that I am putting immense amount of time on it. I don't know for what I am concentrating on, it is sucking my heart juice that my heart literaly is stopping. from time to time. All i do is typing from time to time.  Long-term consistency triumps short-term intensity. I know but I don't want to know about it.

Digital- Toxic productivity

The real draw back we failed to notice during automating our life in the name of increasing productivity is that we use these on two modes: stimulus and reaction - through screens.   These are extremely limited resources to fire up those physical movement ignitions, a brain needs for its proper well-being.    Therefore, when you automate your life- or enhance your productivity by means of digital apps, you are forgetting to involve your brains over focus on screen involvement and reduced levels of other than screen involvement- like a physical workout.

A Boat in the Midst of Thunderstorm

Incidence:  I just realized how a built-up habit of mine- drinking water - got disrupted during one of those bad days. By default, I tried to resolve them by taking a break from all my daily routines.    Life needs structure. The structure that formed during our childhood is not much complicated to us. When people feel like they don't have a good structure in life, some dare to form them from scratch. They will hopefully try, trusting in the powerful neuroplasticity of human brain.    I also have such structures that I built up as a grownup and felt like it gave me another beautiful life to start with. And ever since it has worked, I am super excited for habits that can transform me.    But we all know that our life has a way of throwing down thunderstorms sometimes.    The darkness of those days varies with life experiences.   People deal with these in different ways, but not the proper way, most of the time. Everybody will try to ...
