Digital- Toxic productivity
The real draw back we failed to notice during automating our life in the name of increasing productivity is that we use these on two modes: stimulus and reaction - through screens.
These are extremely limited resources to fire up those physical movement ignitions, a brain needs for its proper well-being.
Therefore, when you automate your life- or enhance your productivity by means of digital apps, you are forgetting to involve your brains over focus on screen involvement and reduced levels of other than screen involvement- like a physical workout.
